Organisation and management

The discipline Organization and Management has a key place in the set of disciplines that form the management profile of student education. The aim of this course is to provide knowledge to develop visions of various business management decisions with a view to achieving highly efficient production.

The basic knowledge of this discipline is applied in nature and focuses on operational management of production factors. Students will be familiar with the application of different economic and management principles, approaches to analysis in the process of decision making. In the modern conditions of agricultural development, when the economy will be based on the market economy, the issues covered in the discipline become particularly relevant. 

Essentially, the issues of the content and essence of the organization are studied, as a general concept in the production activity, in general for the branch, and in the individual proceedings.

The issues concerning the creation of new forms of organization of production and labor in the context of the privatization processes are topical. In a new light, planning activities in enterprises, specialization, concentration and combining of the agricultural sectors are considered. Land use issues, resources for production, labor and capital are important, and students are given in-depth knowledge of assessment methods and their effective use as a condition for obtaining optimal profit.
