The Agricultural University signed a memorandum of cooperation with Plovdiv Airport

On November 14, 2024, an official ceremony was held in the meeting hall of the Agricultural University to sign a memorandum of cooperation between the Agricultural University – Plovdiv and Plovdiv Airport PLC.

The agreement was signed by the Rector of the Agricultural University, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Boryana Ivanova, and Mr. Doichin Angelov, Executive Director of Plovdiv Airport.

The event was attended by Prof. Dr. Svetla Yancheva, Chief Secretary for Institutional Cooperation and Communications, and Prof. Dr. Vili Harizanova, Chief Secretary for Project Activities and Business Partnerships, representing the university. Ms. Dora Yordanova from the Marketing Department represented Plovdiv Airport.

Both parties expressed their commitment to uniting their efforts to pursue shared priorities, including increasing the number of international tourists and students in Plovdiv and the region, as well as promoting the academic program of the Agricultural University.
