Prof. Kalina Maja Sikorska-Zimny from Stefan Batory Academy of Applied Sciences in Skierniewice, Poland, gave a public lecture in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme on the topic of "Glucosinolates- occurrence and their influence on the human body" on 12 June 2025.
Prof. Luciano Beneduce from the University of Foggia, Italy, gave a public lecture in the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme on the topic of "Applied microbiology for food waste prevention and food labelling. Food waste management and biomass conversion by microbial technologies" on 11 June 2025.
