Implementation of Demonstration Activities by the Agricultural University – Plovdiv

Sub-measure 1.2 "Demonstration Activities and Awareness Actions," Measure 1 "Knowledge Transfer and Awareness Actions" №BG06RDNP001-1.004 under the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020.

General Information
The training sessions are conducted within one working day in the lecture halls and laboratories of the Agricultural University – Plovdiv, as well as in the experimental base in Brestnik.

Participants are provided with:
✔ Overnight accommodation in a double room on the night before the training
✔ Breakfast, lunch, and dinner
✔ Transportation to the training facilities

📌 The training is completely free for participants.

Objectives and Outcomes
During the training, participants will gain basic theoretical knowledge and develop practical skills through hands-on activities in the experimental vineyards and orchards.

Eligible Participants
All individuals who meet the following criteria are eligible to participate in the demonstrations:
✔ Registered agricultural producers
✔ Employees under an employment contract with an agricultural producer

🔹 Grape reception and physico-chemical analysis of must
🔹 Fermentation of grape mash/must
🔹 Young wine analysis
🔹 Wine processing, blending, and batch preparation
🔹 Wine bottling and winery hygiene

🔹 Plant protection
