Incoming students

Agricultural University accepts Erasmus+ students for study mobility for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months and traineeship mobility for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months. The prerequisite for mobility is an Inter-Institutional agreement with the partner university.

Application procedure

The application is an online application process in four steps:

1. Nomination - incoming Erasmus+ students should be nominated by their home university.

2. Application 

Once we receive their nomination, we will email them a link to the application form. The students should prepare the following documents, scan them, and upload them to the application form: 

• ID/Passport copy (jpg)
• Passport photo (jpg)
• Transcript of records (pdf)

Students should have a European Health Insurance Card. 

3. Online Learning Agreement

Agricultural University – Plovdiv supports the Erasmus Without Paper initiative of the European Commission. The university uses an Online Learning Agreement (OLA).

Incoming students should create an Online Learning agreement for their studies (https://www.learning-agreement...) using our OLA Guide. Don`t forget the deadline for the first semester is 30 June 2025.

The learning agreement for the traineeship is still on paper. Students should download it, fill it out, and have it signed by the Erasmus+ coordinator at their home university. They should then upload it (scanned as a PDF) to the application form.

4. Accommodation - The application for accommodation is a part of the application form.

The university offers free courses in English, German, French, Russian, and Bulgarian. If you want to attend the language course, list it in the Learning Agreement. The course could be selected after starting the mobility at the Agricultural University.
