Incoming students

Agricultural University accepts Erasmus+ students for study mobility for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months and traineeship mobility for a minimum of 2 months and a maximum of 12 months. The prerequisite for mobility is an Inter-Institutional agreement with the partner university.

Application procedure

The application is an online application process in four steps:

1. Nomination - incoming Erasmus+ students should be nominated by their home university.

2. Application 

Once their nomination is received we will send an email with a link to the application form. The students should prepare the following documents, scan them and upload them to the application form: 

• ID/Passport copy (jpg)
• Passport photo (jpg)
• Transcript of records (pdf)

Students should have a European Health insurance card. 

3. Online Learning agreement

Agricultural University – Plovdiv supports the Erasmus Without Paper initiative of European Commission. University starts to use Online Learning agreement (OLA) from 2020-2021 academic year.

The incoming students should create an Online Learning agreement for study (https://www.learning-agreement...) using our OLA Guide. Don`t forget the deadline for the first semester is 30 June 2024.

Learning agreement for traineeship is still on paper. Students should download it and after being filled and signed by the Erasmus+ coordinator at home university, the students should upload it (scanned, as pdf file) to the application form.

4. Accommodation - application for accommodation is a part of the application form.

University organizes free English, German, French, Russian and Bulgarian language courses. If you would like to attend the language course, list it in the Learning Agreement. The course could be selected after starting the mobility at Agricultural University.
