Learning outcomes of the course unit:

Pesticides and agrochemical development is for major significance for contemporary  and modern agriculture. The students in the course get acquainted with details in pesticides and agrochemical screening process and evaluation of plant protection products including required for this proper statistical and mathematical data manipulation. The course delivers knowledge and skills for work with popular pesticides system databases, decision support systems and other professional software in the area of pesticides

3.            Statistical manipulation of pesticide screening data 

4.            Major kinds of pesticide software

5.            R language for statistical computing – basic programming skills

6.            R language for statistical computing – specific pesticide screening skills

7.            Database systems – basic terms and types

8.            Online pesticides database systems

9.            Offline database system solutions in the area of pesticides
