The Ambassador of Israel Visits the Agricultural University

On March 25, 2025, the Ambassador of Israel to Bulgaria, H.E. Yossi Levi Sfari, visited the Agricultural University together with Mr. Roni Goldberg, who is responsible for cultural and scientific affairs at the embassy.

The university’s administration welcomed the diplomats. Prof. Dimo Atanasov briefly presented the Agricultural University's activities and achievements and introduced the officials to the mobility programs of lecturers and students in Israeli universities over the years.

H.E. Yossi Levi Sfari emphasized the importance of strengthening academic cooperation between Israel and Bulgaria, encouraging best practices, experience exchange between institutions, and the implementation of joint projects and scientific research.

Both parties discussed specific opportunities to renew the partnership between the Agricultural University and higher education institutions in Israel, including student and faculty mobility, joint educational programs, and training in the field of agricultural science and innovation.
