NUTRICON 2021 is bringing together the scientific and expert work of: food technologists and engineers, human medicine and dental doctors, nutritionists, chemists, microbiologists, veterinarians, agricultural engineers, economists, etc. connected with food, to gain comprehensive insight and understanding of today's food quality, safety, health, and nutrition issues.

During the Congress there will be special session and celebration on the Journal Of Hygienic Engineering and Design 10 Year Anniversary. During this period the Journal published over 600 papers in the areas of: Food Quality and Safety, Health and Nutrition, Hygienic Engineering and Design, Food Production and Processing etc. The Journal is indexed in many scientific databases as: SCOPUS, EBSCO, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, CABI Full text repository database, Food Science and Technology database, German National Library of Science and Technology (TIB), University Library of Hanover, Global Health database, etc. If you are registered for the Congress and writing a full paper, it will be published into the Journal of Hygienic Engineering and Design without any additional charges (free of charge).
