The main purpose is to be given all specific theoretical and practical skills of students in field of strategic management – basic principles, approaches, theories and methodology. |

Business plan – basic tool for the implementation of the strategy of the organization 10. Types of planning in the organization. Plan of production capacity, marketing plan and investment plan |
